It was a really snowy day in Norway , Einstein has gone to visit his father. They do some father and son bonding . Einstein father brings up Einstein great grandfather mentioning how he was an intelligent person who even has his own sculpture .Einstein then decides to do some researching on his great grandstand realised that the sculpture is located only 10 mins away from where they were staying, Einstein first ends up at an random building and gets told that that is the wrong building and the other building is right next to it .He goes into the building basement and realises that there is a hole that has stairs he goes down it and is met by a group of guys who are also viewing the sculpture.
I decided to sequence my pictures this way because of how my storyline goes for example how It is snowing outside on my first photo and then on my second to last showing that it has been snowing the whole time.

A true story:Iranian government
For our homework our task was to make a series of photographs using a real life story . I decided to dive deeply into the story about the young girl who was killed by the iran government for not wearing her hijab properly .This is a really devasting story which has not only tormented the iranian women but many other muslim women around the world including me .I did not take a lot of photos because I feel like is a very touching and triggering story and in order for me to find out more I would have had to research more however I felt uncomfortable after reading what happend.
However I feel like it should be spoken globally and more widespread as it is a very important topic

During lesson today we was given a piece of paper with no background context and we was asked to figure things out just by looking at it. Loads realised many different things. It lead to us questioning the photograph a lot for example why was this person wearing a mask? what are they doing in the middle of a forest etc.
parliament of owls -Jack latham.
These are some of the photos I looked at in the book.
The bohemian club is the most prestigious private mens club. The men were usually wealthy and very privileged 2700 men were associated with bohemian club .Four women were made honourable members however they were not given the full privilege of regular club members (men). Some of the founding people were Ambrose Bierce, Hiram Reynolds,Edward Bosqui and Elizabeth cocker Bowels. A very well known member in the bohemian club who is still alive is Clint Eastwood who was born in may 31st 1930 and is 92 years old. Editor Alex Shoumatoff was arrested .The last Bohemian Grove encampent took place in july 2008. This is not an clear photo but here’s an abridged schedule of events from the clubs program.
Allessandra Sanguinetti
In class today we researched allessandra Sanguinetti. She was a artist who photographed two nine year old cousins she photographed them for 10 years.
Jack latham research - photographs.
For independent learning our task was to take photographs replicating jack lathams parliament of owls pictures . I decided to take photographs of the construction site near my school due to the mysterious and ominous atmosphere it gives off which is exactly how parliament of owls photographs are taken. In parliament of owls the photos is a investigation trying to find an inside club which certain members are invited in .For my photographs the signs and posters that out around the construction site made me wonder what was actually going on within the construction site as it has been like that for a while which pops all these questions into my brain what if there is more within the site ? what if the construction of buildings is just a cover up for something ? .
Berris Conolly- London 1977-1987
During todays lesson in photography we was given a range of different ideas and books to research and take ideas from .One of the books that really interested me and caught my eye was Berris Connolly - London .These are a range of photos of london in the late 70s and 80s taken by Connolly .These photos really show how things over time.Usually time is seen as something that goes in a quick paste and that is in the moment .However in photographs like these which show how over time things change and develop .
Hidden Islam- Nicolo Degioris
Nicolo Degioris is a italian photographer who photographed hidden places of worship in Italy from 2009-2013. In Italy there was 1.35 million muslims in Italy yet on 8 official mosques.Despite being the second largest religion after catholicism.Islam is still not formally recognised by the state . Nicolo Degioris went around taking photos of places that ordinary on the outside eg a supermarket, gym however was a place to worship and pray .Over the past five years Nicolo Degiorgis has been exploring and photographing this unique feature of the religon .One fascinating aspect of photography is that it can tell us about places and ideas that we would never experience which is exactly what Degiorgis. In the book Hidden islam the dull images of many and diverse buildings that house the makeshift mosques are printed on folded pages. You open up the gate fold to reveal the scene inside the mosque shot in full colour. The contrast between the dark images on the outside and the light images within portrays the hidden lives muslims had to live just to worship their own god.I really like the simplicity of this project.I also appreciate the rigour and anthropological nature of the work.Postcodes are given for every site, together with detailed analysis of the types of building uses .

my experiment of hidden islam part 1.
After researching about Hidden Islam by Nicolo Degioris for a while I finally took it upon myself to go to a mosque to take photos. One thing that really stood out was the difference the mosques are and how freely muslim are now able to worship and pray without feeling the need to hide or sneak around
